Panga Ventures is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Advisor to join our team. We are looking for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic investment advice on crypto and blockchain projects
• Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Analyze market trends and identify emerging opportunities in Web3 space
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders
• Support portfolio companies with strategic guidance and mentorship
• Represent Panga Ventures at industry events and conferences

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in crypto/blockchain investment or advisory roles
• Strong network within the crypto and venture capital ecosystem
• Deep understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and emerging Web3 technologies
• Track record of successful investments or advisory work in crypto
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
